Treatment of personal details

Personal details will be dealt with according to the law No. 675 of 31/12/1996 art. 10 ( Protection of persons and subjects in the treatment of personal data).
In registering with Antica Libreria site, art. 10 will be respected and all personal information given by the costumers will be strictly used for the administration of Antica Libreria. In reference to the above mentioned law and on the basis of the personal data acquired and to be acquired according to the contractual obligations involved with relevant parties, the Antica Libreria states that:

  • the person responsible for your details is Bruno Bugliarello;
  • your details will only be used for the purpose of buying our products;
  • your details will be dealt with in a correct manner, respecting the privacy law, both on paper and digitally;
  • the collection of personal data is of an obligatory nature following legal requirements of a fiscal nature;
  • Other organizations who will be in contact with your details (banks, insurance companies, and relevant organizations) are needed to complete the transaction;

The right of withdrawal

What is the cooling off period ? 
 The user, consumer, in conformity to the D. Lgs of 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Code of the consumption, to rule art. 7 of the law 29 July 2003, n. 229) has the right to withdraw from whatever distant contract, without penalty and without specifying the motive, within the limit of 10 working days from receiving of the goods. 

Antica Libreria S. r. l. reserves the right to withdraw in conformity with the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, n. 206

The right of withdrawal is however submitted to the following conditions:  
· The goods bought should be given back in the condition in which they were received; 
· upon arrival in the warehouse the goods are examined for eventual scarcities, damages or tampering so, we recommend the greatest caution in getting the package ready and suggest the re-use of original packaging.  The substantial integrity of the goods returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. 
 · The cost of return is not subject to repayment (art. 67, subsection 3, D. Lgs. n.  206 of 2005) · In the operations of promotional sales campaigns either prizes in which the purchase of goods is linked to another good that comes sold at a derisory price or absolutely given, if not otherwise indicated, the law of withdrawal will legitimately be exercised with the return of both assets purchased, being the condition of accessoriness of the product in promotion with respect to the first. 

What to do with the delivery of the goods?
Upon the arrival of the goods we advise you verify that:  
· They have been fully packed, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered 
· The products contained correspond to those indicated on the cover invoice that always
comes with the delivery of the order. 

Any damage  to packaging, should immediately be disputed to the carrier and timely signalled to our  Customer Care 
In case of no correspondence between the restrained packaging and what is written on the invoice you have to contact our Customer Care.

How do you exercise your right to the cool off period?

To exercise this right its necessary to communicate through the means of an acknowledged letter being received within 10 (ten) working days from the date you received the goods. As its listed from art.64, comma 2 D.lgs. N.206 6/09/2005 this communication can also be via fax, telegram and email providing that a letter with notice that the goods have been received is sent within the next 48 hours. In the communication note the point of purchase ( date and invoice number), the products which need to be returned must be indicated, even the bank details where the payment will be made. Within 48 hours of activating this right you’ll receive an email from the customer care Antica Liberia Srl with the Cooling off code and the way of delivery. Apply the code on the packet so it’s visible, send the packet within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the code to the following address:

The expenditures for returning the goods are charged at the expense of who exercises the cooling off period  (you see art. 67, subsection 3, D. Lgs. n. 206 of 2005). 
Antica Libreria S. r. l reserves the right to refuse the goods reached in respect to the advisable procedure above or that the packaging doesn’t result suitable for the transportation of the goods.

How much time until the payment is given back?  
In conformity to what is established from the cited D. Lgs. n. 206 it has to be within 30 days from the receiving of the registered letter of communication and however not before the receiving of the goods and successive check and accepting the integrity of the products by Antica Liberia S. r. l. that will provide, therefore, to carry out  the credit to the customer for  the corresponding amount.  
The expenditures for returning will not be subject to repayment; The expenditures for shipping will be repaid only in case of giving all the goods back .

» PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. 
 The customer will be able to buy the products from the electronic catalogue arranged (present on the site www.anticalibreria.it).  In case one or more products are not available, an estimated time will be given to the buyer. The prices introduced on the site are given in Euros and prices are inclusive of IVA (VAT) where expected.  The prices aren't inclusive of shipping costs and of eventual customs taxes where expected.  The relevant data of the prices are listed on the site www.anticalibreria and are subject to change without notice.

Every controversy to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Customer's online contract with Antica Libreria S. r. l.  , is submitted to the Italian jurisdiction.  For any controversy between the two parties or the outside residence of the customer is competent.
